ALL SALES FINAL KanDy Coast operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale supplier. Due to the nature of our business and low wholesale pricing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for unsold inventory, change of mind, or customer preference. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are a business entity and agree to these terms.
CUSTOM & PRIVATE LABEL ORDERS All Custom, Private Label, and Made-to-Order items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled.

KanDy Coast is not responsible for errors in spelling, design, or layout that were approved by the client during the proofing stage.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & DAMAGES We quality check every order before it ships. In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a clear manufacturing defect:

Notification Window: You must email [Insert Your Support Email Here] within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Required Proof: Your email must include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect.

Resolution: We do not offer cash refunds. Valid claims for defective items will be resolved via Replacement (if stock is available) or Store Credit to be used on a future order.
SHIPPING & CARRIER ISSUES KanDy Coast is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
