Shipping policy
1. WHOLESALE PROCESSING TIMES Please note that as a wholesale manufacturer, our timelines differ from standard retail.
In-Stock Items: Orders for standard collection items are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–4 weeks.
Custom & Private Label: Please allow 6–8 weeks for the production and processing of any custom, personalized, or private label orders.
High Volume Periods: During peak seasons, these timelines may be subject to slight extensions.
2. SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location.
USA Domestic Shipping: We charge standard domestic shipping rates for all orders shipped within the United States.
Carriers: We utilize standard carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Expedited Options: Expedited shipping options (e.g., Next Day Air) apply to the transit time only and do not speed up the 3–8 week processing time.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Duties & Taxes)
World Wide Shipping: We ship worldwide.
Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. KanDy Coast is not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.
4. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Liability: Once a package is handed over to the carrier, KanDy Coast is no longer liable for loss or damage.
Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping details carefully at checkout.
Claims: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact the carrier to file a claim.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
